In accordance with legal requirements, all non-profit organizations are required to update their bylaws. The revised version, prepared with the support of the VSDC (Vlaams Studie- en Documentatie Centrum voor vzw’s), must now be formally approved by the General Assembly.
To this end, you are invited to the Extraordinary General Assembly which will be held on May 20, 2025, at 8:00 PM, accessible via Microsoft Teams.
Please note the following important details:
- At least two-thirds (2/3) of the effective members (who have paid their membership dues) must be present for the assembly to validly deliberate (quorum).
- If the quorum is not reached, a second assembly will be convened at least 15 days later, which may proceed without quorum requirements.
- In both cases, a 2/3 majority vote in favor is required for the new bylaws to be adopted.
