BENELUX Neuro-Oncology Symposium 2026
For the first time, the Belgian (BANO), Dutch (LWNO) and Luxembourg neuro-oncology communities join forces for a single cross-border meeting. This joint symposium brings together neurosurgeons, neuro-oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists and researchers from across the three countries and beyond, for two days of state-of-the-art lectures, interactive case sessions and live MDT discussion.
Speakers from the BENELUX, France, Germany, Italy and Spain will cover the full spectrum of neuro-oncology: high-grade and IDH-mutated glioma, meningioma, rare tumors, brain metastases, and the translational research shaping tomorrow’s practice.
- Dates: 11–12 December 2026
- Location: Hilton Old Town, Groenplaats, Antwerp
- Tickets: EUR 200 (reduced fee (EUR 100) for residents and paramedical staff)
- Accommodation: rooms bookable separately at Hilton Antwerp Old Town (external link)
Whether you come for the science, the cross-border exchange or the chance to build new collaborations, this is the meeting where the BENELUX neuro-oncology field comes together.
Friday evening: Dinner and Social Event
From 19h30, delegates are invited to continue the day over dinner. Beyond the formal programme, this is where connections are made: an informal setting to meet colleagues from all three countries, discuss the day’s talks, and lay the groundwork for future BENELUX collaborations.
- Tickets: EUR 115. Places are limited, don’t forget to add the ticket for the social event when you register for the symposium!
Organized for you on behalf ofÂ
- LWNO by Dieta Brandsma, Tom Snijders and Johan Koekkoek
- BANO by Dario Di Perri, Johnny Duerinck, Morel Lawson and Laetitia Lebrun
